The agenda includes presentations from Bob Plankers from Broadcom covering Security and Security Adjacent News and whatever else you can throw at him 🙂 The community presentations will feature Matt Heldstab discussing his Broadcom Licensing Experience and Professional Development and our very own Mike Nelson going deep on Home Assistant.

Home Assistant (HASS) is an exceptional open source, open platform automation tool for the home that can be hosted in Docker, on a Single Board Server (like a Raspberry Pi), or on numerous other platforms. We will take a look at some of the more useful and creative ways to integrate HASS into your daily life, with a bit of history, the hardware & software involved, some real-world examples people have built, and a bunch of demonstrations of working automation. - 1:00 Break
