  • 2:40 Presentation: EUC – Horizon Monitoring and Remediation by Chris Rogers Sales Engineer at ControlUp (@citrixjedi)Chris Rogers is a veteran of the EUC Industry. For nearly 20 years, he has been involved with server and client virtualization technologies. Frequently speaking at EUC conferences, Chris is heavily involved in many EUC User Groups. Prior to working in the EUC Industry, Chris worked for NASA as a test and integration engineer on several satellites. If Chris says it’s not rocket science, then you can be sure that’s the case!
    ControlUp is an ISV and VMware partner that provides visibility, monitors, troubleshoots, performs root cause analysis, and remediations with VMware Horizon. ControlUp improves the End User Experience, lowers costs, and allows IT Admins/Help Desk personnel to quickly identify and remediate issues, and manage the Horizon environment from a more proactive posture.
